Hello kittens its moi Robin and I am here to tell you about some sweet finds and clothes and well everything FASHION

I really, REALLY appreciate style and people who take risks with thier clothing. Its hot to have confidence and feel fab in your wear. So whenever you doubt yourself DONT just wear it and rock out

So I have been watching and looking all around Nelson town and you know whats big time lacking???? (well there is alot that is lacking) but a proper  mens store.

 and on that note  I have decided that my first post is going to be for the Boys. I think that a well dressed man is really important to a gal. A man who takes the time to get dressed and look good deserves a pat on the back. A nice pair of Jeans, Shirt, Jacket ,Hair done and looking fresh is a good start.

So check out some if these fab finds and maybe buy yourself something fancy.

 

 

JEANS:

one of my fave  jeans lines is  CHEAP MONDAY if you are not familiar with them check it out. Reasonable and fashionable and there are so many options. Cheap monday is  also avaliable at carteblanche (ps carteblanche is one of the hottest shops in Toronto check them out)

 

 

GRAPHIC TEES:

Graphic tees are awesome, but its always good to take it up a notch from your regular skate brands. One line  I have found to have amazing tees  is DEER DANA

I have posted some of my faves but the whole site is worth checking out

another tee site I found is called TINY VICES really impressive tees done by featured artists. Its always a good thing to have one of a kind tees that way you avoid the American Apparel Clone syndrome 

SHIRTS:

I am really into nice tailored shirts and I think more men should be. There is nothing nicer than a fitted shirt, girls love them. Every now and again throw on a tie, your shirt, some skinny jeans and your good to go.

I am really digging this line called SHADES OF CREIGE super fitted and wonderful.

( you will have to Google the line  only certain stores carry it)

as well another nice line is PENFIELD BERKLEY tailored to perfection and have a great selection (again google the name and you will find selected stores only)

 

JACKETS:

  A nice jacket is totally worth spending the money on, go with something classic…leathers,trenches and pea coats will never go out of style. Here are some jackets that I think are very flattering. 

Now this crazy jacket is  from APRIL77 its an insane blue rocker coat, all of thier clothing is inspired by underground music.The website is pretty amazing  for men and women 

Another brand that I LOVE  is MORPHINE GENERATION, tees, tanks, jackets an all around amazing line.

 This is a  leather jacket that I love, great cut and looks great on

 

SHOES:

well I love shoes,  LOVE SHOES. My favorite by far is CONVERSE Simple and classic and  go with everything.Insead of the regular canvas ones go with the leather. I found these on a new york site.They are limited edition from Barney’s. But  you can grab them on line at www.converse.com 

 

Also  hightop  kicks from the  SUPRA spring summer 09 line are impressive this year. Metalic patent with buckles , plain flat colours that  you can mix into any wardrobe.

In  the dressier shoe department is a line called SCHMOOVE (lame name) 
check em out 

I think they look so good  with skinnies 

 

SPECKS/SHADES

 If your going  do  nerd chic check out these  dexter style  frames. I have fallen in love with this glasses line. They are from Italy and they have tons of great glasses www.retrosuperfuture.com

also another clear frame  pick  are  vintage  by  CARRERA  this site is so amazing.

  my favorite pair of  mens shades by far are  vintage by PORSHE they are so hot and look amazing on anyone. check them out!! they are also avaiable on the vintage site or check ebay you will find them there
