Commonly asked questions:

Where do you get your ideas from?
Dreams, visions, and funny things that people say that they don’t realize they are saying.

Where did you learn to paint?
Other than high school, I taught myself. I watch, I listen, I learn…life is a rad teacher.

Why do you paint?
For the sheer love of the experience, and also as a meditation. I also get a kick out of creeping people out.
I have a feeling that it’s good for them…sort of like supplements. There’s a shamanic quality to it.

When do you paint?
Almost everyday, but I think about it everyday, and always have an idea on the burner.

Who’s your favorite artist?
I like Rene Magritte, H.R. Giger, Hieronymus Bosch, Jacek Yerka, Remedios Varo…among others.
I won’t choose a favorite, because there’s just to much yummy to choose one.

What would you be doing if you weren’t an artist?
Astrophysics.
